Based between Birmingham and Worcester, serving the whole of the Midlands, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire, we are available to carry out annual servicing and maintenance, landlord gas safety certification, boiler upgrades and full gas central heating installations.

Just a note to say thank you for making this enjoyable! I have too confess I was very anxious sorting this all out on my own but everyone from Louise in Admin down to the chap who did the measuring and quote and the installer were so nice and easy to talk to. Neat and tidy, very polite. Both my wife and I work in the day but I was happy to leave the two lads to get on with it. Came home at lunchtime to see dust-sheets down, new boiler already in place and work going on in the conservatory for the new radiator. Had a call at 4.45pm to say they were finished. Nice to know that I wasn’t pushed to pay balance until I had inspected the work and had a full demonstration. Free first year service too – Thank you all.

Every thing that we we discussed with Gavin the representative, was exceptionally done. Gold Star and everyone we came in contact with from that company were very professional.. We accepted the quote, and again everything went like clock work. The engineer who fitted the boiler he did not rush and did a wonderful job with no mess having tided up after himself, In all I can not find anything to fault, just to say I have already recommend Gold star to several people. Started with a very courteous phone call to arrange a visit to access the job, Jay arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. A very competitive quote was provided via email which I accepted and a date was fixed. Due to problems Jay actually arrived to do the job, punctual as usual, exemplary would be the word that I would use to describe the work that Jay carried out and I couldn’t be happier with the finished job. A totally professional outfit, unlike many out there, totally recommend them and would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again. Once found not forgotten!

Hi, We would just like to say a big thank you to Jay and all at Gold Star Gas. Jay is a credit to the company, he is courteous, polite and thorough. He cleaned up after himself and the system he installed is 1st class. He put the hours in to make sure we were without hot water and heating for a minimum of time. Originally called these guys for a service on our existing boiler, but when they arrived and found a potentially dangerous leak, they made safe our unit, quoted for an improved replacement and booked the install in for just a couple of days time. Competitively priced with outstanding customer service from engineers and office staff alike. I’m used to clearing up after tradesmen but came home to find the area spotless and the house toasty warm again. Would definitely recommend and happy to commit to long term service plan. Cheers!
