It was really nice to know that we could chat about budgets and be offered a choice. I have to say it really has made a difference and we are all warm and cosy ready for winter.
Just a note to say thank you for making this enjoyable! I have too confess I was very anxious sorting this all out on my own but everyone from Louise in Admin down to the chap who did the measuring and quote and the installer were so nice and easy to talk to. Louise, you were right – it was all neat and tidy and Pete was in no rush to leave and happy to talk through the boiler while I made notes!. Neat and tidy, very polite. Both my wife and I work in the day but I was happy to leave the two lads to get on with it. Came home at lunchtime to see dust-sheets down, new boiler already in place and work going on in the conservatory for the new radiator. Had a call at 4.45pm to say they were finished. Nice to know that I wasn’t pushed to pay balance until I had inspected the work and had a full demonstration. Free first year service too – Thank you all.
Every thing that we we discussed with Gavin the representative, was exceptionally done. Gold Star and everyone we came in contact with from that company were very professional.. We accepted the quote, and again everything went like clock work. The engineer who fitted the boiler he did not rush and did a wonderful job with no mess having tided up after himself, In all I can not find anything to fault, just to say I have already recommend Gold star to several people. Many thanks to Gold Star for an excellent job.
Started with a very courteous phone call to arrange a visit to access the job, Jay arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. A very competitive quote was provided via email which I accepted and a date was fixed. Due to problems Jay actually arrived to do the job, punctual as usual, exemplary would be the word that I would use to describe the work that Jay carried out and I couldn’t be happier with the finished job. A totally professional outfit, unlike many out there, totally recommend them and would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again. Once found not forgotten!
Thank you for a brilliant job. Everything from the initial quote to actually having the new boiler fitted went extremely well. The engineer who carried out the work was pleasant, polite and very professional. Everything including pipe work is neat and tidy . Excellent. The price was very good too. So, top marks to Gold Star, well worthy of the name.
Hi, We would just like to say a big thank you to Jay and all at Gold Star Gas. Jay is a credit to the company, he is courteous, polite and thorough. He cleaned up after himself and the system he installed is 1st class. He put the hours in to make sure we were without hot water and heating for a minimum of time. We will not hesitate in recommending your company and Jay in particular.
After speaking to Gold Star,I was convinced that instructing this company to install a Vaillant combi boiler would be the correct thing to do. They have also completed two landlord gas certificates for me too. All of this work were completed to a high standard. Will be using this company again

I was happy to leave them in my property unattended as from the start i felt that i could trust them to carry out the work to a high standard, without being there to keep an eye on them and they didn’t disappoint, I highly recommend them! Just had my first year service – thanks for the reminder otherwise i would have forgotten and my warranty would have been cancelled!. As always, prompt, polite and efficient. Nice to be able to feel comfortable in your own house while people are working there. Thanks to you all.
